【食用方法】

用舌頭慢慢擠破魚卵,流出的蛋白膠質會沖淡口中的鹹味,進而享用魚子醬的甘美。
食用魚子醬避免使用金屬、銀或不鏽鋼的器皿及湯匙,否則易破壞魚子醬的溫度及美味。建議以玻璃器皿盛裝魚子醬,並以貝殼或魚骨湯匙食用之。
可選擇甜度較低、帶有酸味的香檳做搭配;氣泡與微酸的口感能將魚子醬的鮮美巧妙融合。
自冷藏取出,可放置室溫 10-15 分鐘回溫,風味尤佳。
